Partly. Scanning, modeling and designing work — they run on a phone today. Checkout, printing and shipping don't exist yet, and the app isn't in the App Store. That's the whole state of it.

An iPhone with LiDAR, running iOS 17 or later. LiDAR is required for scanning — without it, you can still design using a standard bowl shape instead of a scanned one.

No. The app is iPhone only, built on Apple's scanning frameworks.

We haven't published a typical scan time. The app reports per-area confidence so you know what it still needs to see.

Yes. Scanning and designing are free and unlimited. You're only charged when you confirm a print — and that's the only thing the design leads to.

Not today — the app doesn't export a file. Selling the STL as a small paid download is one of the options we're weighing, but nothing is decided, so don't buy in expecting it.

Double-bowl sinks aren't supported yet — the scan assumes a single basin with one drain.

On the counter beside the sink, hooked over the rim — not down inside the basin. The scan and the hook are both built around that placement.

Once ordering is live, we intend to let you change a design any time before it enters print.

Fit isn't guaranteed yet. A custom part can't be resold, so we haven't settled what happens when one is off — that's part of what's being worked out before ordering opens.

Pricing hasn't been decided — possibly a flat fee, possibly based on your design's material use. We'll post it before launch.

No. There's no print queue to measure one from yet, so any number would be invented.

Top rack, yes. Skip the heated dry cycle — that's the one condition that will warp it.

Rinse under the tap, or run it through the dishwasher on the top rack. Vinegar for hard-water scale.
